Last month’s home sale drawn new curves in Orem Utah Real Estate market. There were 64 homes sold. Year over year change of sale went up 35.94 percent from 41 sold homes of December 2010. Monthly change of sale also increased 7.81 percent from 59 sold homes of November 2011.

Median sold price reached $165372.5 of which dropped 3.83 percent from $171950 of December 2010. Home sales have been for 86 median days on market. It’s a sellers market in Orem Utah Homes due to 4.26 months of inventory.

Currently, there are 273 actively listed homes for sale in Orem Utah of which 82 properties are under contract in the market.

The number of sold homes in Orem Utah Real Estate increased in the market last month. A total of 59 homes have been sold out of which drawn new curves for both monthly and yearly change of sales. Year over year change of sale went up 20.34 percent from 47 sold homes of November last year.

Home sales have been for 73 median days on market. The median sold price reached $163900 of which dropped 6.29 percent from $174900 of November last year. It’s a sellers market in Orem UT Homes due to 4.55 months of inventory.

Home sales in Orem Utah Real Estate showed off some low and high numbers in the market last month. Monthly change of sale statistics went down while there was a slight increase on its yearly change of sale level. According to MLS, there were 47 homes sold in the market. Yearly change of sale rose 2.13 percent from 46 sold homes of October last year. In terms of monthly change of sale, it went down 16.07 percent from 56 sold homes of September 2011.

The median sold price reached $169,990 of which increased 2.64 percent from $165,500 of October 2010. Home sales have been for 53 median days on market. There was a balance market in Orem Utah Homes due to 6.10 months of inventory.

So far, under contract properties went up  from 98 to 115 this time.

Currently, there are 287 actively listed Orem homes in Utah.

Home sale numbers showed off some improvements in Orem Utah Real Estate last month. The number of sold properties went up from 46 in the same month last year to 79 as of August 2011 of which brought 41.77 percent increase on its year over year change of sale. Monthly change of sale also rose 8.86 percent from 72 sold homes of July 2011.

Orem Utah Real Estate gained good numbers on its yearly change of sale in the market. There have been a total of 60 sold homes in the market last month. Year over year change of sale highly increased 26.67 percent from 44 sold homes of April 2010. On the other hand, monthly change of sale dropped 4.76 percent from 63 sold homes of March this year.

The median sold price was $160,000 of which went down 4.9 percent from $168,250 of April last  year. Home sales have been for 118 median days on market. Orem Utah Homes is having a balance market since it got 6.75 months of inventory this time.

Currently, there are 405 actively listed Orem Utah Real Estate properties for sale of which 108 homes are under contract in the market.

Home sale curves in Orem Utah Real Estate seem to be up and down in the market during the first quarter of 2011. A total of 137 homes have been sold out of which rose 2.2 percent from 134 sold homes of Q1 last year. Meanwhile, Orem Utah Houses slightly dropped 3.5 percent from 142 sold homes of last quarter of 2010.

Orem’s median sold price reached $160,000 with 97 median cumulative days on market. It gained an average sold price of $195,729 with 148 average cumulative sold price.

The highest price of sold house was at $1,600,000 and one of the luxury homes in Orem Utah while the lowest price property was sold at $13,330.

Orem Utah Homes seemed down again on its home sales for October 2010. Statistics shows that only 46 homes have been sold out in the market for the entire month of October 2010 of which drawn certain changes in the market curve of Orem.

• As of now, there are 423 active listings of Orem Utah Homes for sale of which 93 properties are under contract in the market.

While some cities in Utah are having a surging home sale numbers in the market, Orem Utah Homes declined for the month of July this year. Both monthly and yearly change of sales dropped again after June 2010 dropping of sales in the market. Last month’s home sales reached 51 sold homes noted by Wasatch Front Regional MLS. The decline of sales gave some marks such as a 40.70 percent dropped in the year over year change of sales from 86 sold homes made during July 2009 and drifted down 10.53 percent from 57 sold homes of June 2010.

The median sold price dropped 5.28  to $175,000 from $184,750 of July 2009 and went down from $180,000 of June this year in Orem Utah Real Estate for Sale. Around 469 actively listed can be found in Orem Utah Homes for Sale this month of which 91 are under contract properties in the market. Last month’s home sales got a median CDOM of 67 and a months of inventory of about 10.53.

With the sales curving down last month, selling and buying of homes will still be going well if trends will get better in the market while Orem Utah Real Estate is still coping up from its sales each month of the year.
