Home sales in Orem Utah Real Estate showed off some low and high numbers in the market last month. Monthly change of sale statistics went down while there was a slight increase on its yearly change of sale level. According to MLS, there were 47 homes sold in the market. Yearly change of sale rose 2.13 percent from 46 sold homes of October last year. In terms of monthly change of sale, it went down 16.07 percent from 56 sold homes of September 2011.
The median sold price reached $169,990 of which increased 2.64 percent from $165,500 of October 2010. Home sales have been for 53 median days on market. There was a balance market in Orem Utah Homes due to 6.10 months of inventory.
So far, under contract properties went up from 98 to 115 this time.
Currently, there are 287 actively listed Orem homes in Utah.
