Orem’s Home Sale Numbers decreased in September 2011!
Home sales have been so down in Orem Utah Real Estate last month. According to MLS, there were 56 homes sold in the market. Year over year change of sale dropped 8.2 percent from 61 sold homes of September last year. Monthly change of sale decreased 29.11 percent from 79 sold properties of August 2011.
The median sold price was $163,960 of which went down 6.31 percent from $175,000 of September last year in Orem Utah Houses. Sales of properties have been for 59 median days on market. There’s a balance market in Orem Utah Homes due to 6.41 months of inventory.
So far, there are 359 actively listed homes for sale in Orem Utah of which 98 are under contract properties in the market.
