This year, it would be a great time for first time home buyers to avail the class sessions offered by the USU Housing and Financial Counseling Department as they will be teaching first time home buyer education class. Classes will be held once each month and starts at 8:30 and ends at 4:30 at USU Charter Credit Union, 198 North Main Street, Logan UT.
The main aim of the class is to provide sufficient and great information as a requirement for any of the local Bear River Association of Government and Neighborhood Nonprofit Housing Corporation first time buyer grants.
It will be a productive and dynamic year for first time home buyers to acquire these inputs coming from workshops held all day long. Topics related to the said program will be tackled by the members of the committee namely from financial preparation, assessing housing needs, working with Logan Realtor, availing mortgage products and a lot of negotiations and more are on the list of tasks provided.
Moreover, last January 9, 2010, classes have started and it will be followed on the following dates listed below.
